How do people work full time on 600mg seroquel,xl how do they beat the sedation,any tips?

I am on 600mg seroquel xl for schizophrenia and can only work part time in my voluntary work because I sleep so much and feel so sedated all the time, but I have heard of other schizophrenics working fulltime,even in paid work, and I wonder if they are taking some sort of antidote that gives them more energy? I am a 30 year old woman, so its not age!
