I need help from someone that played a lot of ps1 fighting games?

There is this game i use to play i got blisters on my thumbs from playing it when i was little... im pretty sure it as the word blood someone in the title but i can remember details only about three characters... one guys was a fat sumo guy that had a bandoleer of like little bowling balls or something and he would use it to fight with... another guy was like a ninja that when he won a match he would throw his sword up in the air off the screen and then he stand facing you with his arms crossed and then the sword would fall straight into its sheath on his back.... and another guy fought with a animal of some sort i want to say like a tiger or something... and i think there is a chick that fights with a bird of some sort im pretty sure..... and if it helps i can remember that on map was on a log stretched across a big gap in front of a waterfall and another map was down in water with like a woods type background .... please i hope someone knows what game im talking about
