Is a civil structural engineer concerned "only" with the construction of buildings?

a civil structural engineer can build dams, dikes, bridges, trains, roads, tunnels, piles, piers, cassions, foundations, stadiums, wells, aquaducts, and the structural design aspects of machines, hand tools, weapons, rockets, offshore structurs, automobiles, ships, submarines, aeroplanes, and perhaps space stations too.
