Should I stick with The Open University or stay at Liverpool University?

What would you do? I want to study Psychology. I am 24 and have been at home for a long time because of depression, I don't think my parents want me to go so far away from London. I’m bored with my life and I can't even seem to get voluntary work because they never get back to me. I love the Open University and the course materials are excellent but I feel like my life is physically going nowhere.And i've got baby cousins who I adore and would not see.
