Would Japan Nuclear disaster give birth to another S.T.A.L.K.E.R Game. Just like the Chernobyl crisis did?

I really really want to play Stalker but in Japan with Tsunami and destroyed homes and end up learning a few Japanese words. But Japan would have High tech anomalies and animals. omg can u imagine the pseudo giant (probably a mutated sumo wrestler) and blood sucker (probably an American).
